EMAIL FROM MR.C

Dear 11E and 11F (Farga please send to your classmates),

Hi!

I know y'all are busy studying for the Biology Practical Exam. =)

This email is actually about the Field Trip Proposal that I prepared and submitted to Ms. Sherrie, Ms. Mariza and Mr. Isaac. The original purpose of the Field Trip is to bring the Grade 11 Science classes (11E and 11F) on an Educational Trip before y'all get down to serious preparations for your Cambridge Exams when you reach Grade 12. The school administrators suggested that I include the other Grade 11 classes in the Field Trip. I don't find any problem with that. For me, "the more, the merrier". So, this activity is now called the Grade 11 Educational Field Trip (Class of 2011).

I just received the price-quotation from the trip provider that Ms. Mariza contacted. It's a bit pricy. Tomorrow, I will have a meeting with Ms. Mariza to discuss the details of the Field Trip like the program-itinerary, accommodations, logistics, etc. Here are some information that I can share with you as of the moment:

Destination: Taipei, Taiwan
Dates: Sabbatical Week (22-26 March 2010)
Airline: EVA Air (with direct flights from Jakarta to Taipei and back)
Price: to be discussed

If ever this Grade 11 Field Trip would push through, I HOPE MOST OF YOU WILL BE ABLE TO JOIN. It was you who I had in mind when I prepared this Field Trip Proposal. I don't think I would be completely happy if most of you will not be able to join the other Grade 11 students.

To close, I wish to know three things:

1. Will the other Grade 11 classes and students join this Taipei, Taiwan trip?

2. Are you interested to join this trip?

3. Are your parents willing to pay the trip price? I'm pretty sure the trip price is NOT cheap, after all, it's a trip outside Indonesia.

PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK. I need feedback as soon as possible so that I can share something with Ms. Mariza in our meeting tomorrow.

Thank you! And, good luck on your Practical Exam!
